Birds of a Feather – Cisco Unified Contact Center Express

On Wednesday (2008-06-25) I hosted a Birds of a Feather session for Cisco Unified Contact Center Express at Cisco Live. As a techie I have some products that I are close and dear to my heart… Coldfusion, MS SQL and Cisco Unified Contact Center Express aka CRS… I have a great and direct relationship with Cisco on this product. I was able to broadcast the session live around the world and at one point had over 80 people watching (+80 in the room). We used a product called www.ustream.tv and can check out the video on their at http://www.ustream.tv/recorded/511517, usteam.tv also allow users to chat so we had some questions come in via the web. We currently running version 7 of the product under Cisco EFT.. its a great build.
