What will Mr Kiamil be up to this year at Cisco Live 2008 Orlando, I have created at FriendFeed group thing (very techie I know) allow people to find each other.

• I will be up their for Contact Center Welcome keynote BRKCCT-1001, do some Q&A and other stuff

• I will be looking after the Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (CCX) section at the Contact Center Afternoon Reception (2:30 p.m. – 4:00 p.m June 23)

• I will be hosting the Birds of a Feather Session – Cisco Unified Contact Center Express - Session Id - BRKCCT-3440
